บทคัดย่อ

Improving the quality of life of HIV/AIDS Infected Persons is an important and difficult. Health care team needs focus to work as a networking to lasting success. This action research were to study the quality of life, problem, barriers in daily life and improvement the quality of life HIV/ AIDS infected persons by group participation. Target of the research was those infected with HIV/ AIDS and Health care team HIV/AIDS. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and content analysis. The results showed that the people infected with HIV/AIDS have a good quality of life psychological domain.  While the quality of life in physical domain, social relationships domain and environmental domain is moderate.  The suffering from HIV, the acceptance from the social and income. Those problems had affected to daily life. The establishment of the group, ppromoting self-care, preparing community and monetization. Realize in on self care, Cause social networking by friends and the quality of life in social relationship domain and environmental domain challenges increased statistically significantly at .05
