บทคัดย่อ

การกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์ที่ส่งผลกระทบทางด้านจิตใจกำลังเป็นปัญหาทั่วโลก การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์กับระดับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์กับการรับมือของผู้ถูกกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลประกอบการกำหนดแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์ให้กับนักศึกษา

เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 ด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามสัดส่วนคณะ จำนวน 396 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์

ผลการวิจัย พบว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ถูกกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์ ในด้านการนินทาที่ใช้คำหยาบคายด่าทอมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 40) และการกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์ในรูปแบบการนำความลับที่เป็นข้อมูลส่วนตัวไปเผยแพร่ มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05) และหลังถูกกลั่นแกล้งด้านการนินทา การหมิ่นประมาทและการลบหรือบล็อก มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับมือแบบมุ่งจัดการกับอารมณ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05) ส่วนด้านการนินทา การหมิ่นประมาท และการแอบอ้างชื่อมีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับมือแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05)
