ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาหัวนมในหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรก

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบกลุ่มเดียว วัดผลก่อนและหลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาหัวนมในหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรก จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับนมแม่ในระยะตั้งครรภ์ 2) แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว และ 3) แบบสอบถามทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาหัวนมในระยะตั้งครรภ์ ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.90, 0.95 และ 0.90 ตามลำดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.82, 0.83 และ 0.81 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ เชิงพรรณนา สถิติทดสอบวิลคอกซัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เกี่ยวกับนมแม่มากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (z=2.436, p=.015) ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมคะแนนทัศนคติต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวมากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม การส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (z=2.761, p=.006) และ ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมคะแนนทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาหัวนมในระยะตั้งครรภ์มากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม การส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (z=4.808, p<.001)
ดังนั้น พยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกฝากครรภ์ ควรนำโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูก ด้วยนมแม่ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลหญิงตั้งครรภ์ให้มีความรู้ ทัศนคติที่ดี และสามารถพัฒนาทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับหัวนมและลานนม เพื่อส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
