ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติด้านโภชนาการของครูและผู้ช่วยดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย: การศึกษาในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและครูผู้ช่วย ด้านโภชนาการตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติ ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 52 คน แบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติ ที่สร้างจากกรอบแนวคิดด้านโภชนาการตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2562 ร่วมกับแนวคิดความรู้ ทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติของลอเนียลา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและครูผู้ช่วยในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก มีคะแนนความรู้ด้านโภชนาการฯ อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 90.4 ระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 9.6 ส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 75.0) มีคะแนนทัศนคติด้านโภชนาการฯ ระดับปานกลางและมีคะแนนทัศนคติระดับสูง ร้อยละ 25.0 มีคะแนนการปฏิบัติด้านโภชนาการฯในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 92.3 ระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 7.7 ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นความจำเป็นในการเพิ่มพูนความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติด้านโภชนาการของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กและครูผู้ช่วยในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก
