This descriptive research studied the selected factors (positive psychological capital and practice environment) which influenced organization commitment among professional nurses at operational level in Bangkok Hospital in the northeastern Thailand. The samples included 300 fulltime professional nurses at operational level. People randomly selected by stratified hierarchy. Questionnaire with Content validity Index = 0.945 and reliability = 0.953 were applied as research tool. Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was performed. The Results showed that organization commitment average score was in high level ( =5.31, S.D. =0.84). The organization commitment had been jointly influenced by 3 factors, namely optimistic view of positive psychological capital, nursing basic for quality of care and nurse’ participation of practice environment (p<0.05). The regression model showed 44.30 percent explanation ability to organization commitment. The prediction equation consisted of organizational commitment = 0.160 + (0.448 x optimism view ) + (0.175 x nursing basic) + (0.157 x nursing participation)
