ผลของนวัตกรรม "KKU-TB-BOX" ต่อการยึดมั่นในการรักษาวัณโรคด้านกระบวนการรักษา

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองเพื่อศึกษาผลของนวัตกรรม “KKU-TB-BOX” ต่อการยึดมั่นในการรักษาวัณโรคด้านกระบวนการรักษา ได้แก่ การมาตรวจตามนัด และความสม่ำเสมอในการรับประทานยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบบันทึกการยึดมั่นในการรักษาวัณโรค เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ นวัตกรรม “KKU-TB-BOX” วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน chi-square test independent t-test mann-whitney u test และ relative risk ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยการมาตรวจตามนัดแตกต่างจากกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (X2=9.231, p<0.05) กลุ่มทดลองมีค่ามัธยฐานความสม่ำเสมอในการรับประทานยาแตกต่างจากกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001)
