ประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาความก้าวหน้า ตามบันไดวิชาชีพของพยาบาลระดับชำนาญการพิเศษ โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จ ในการพัฒนาความก้าวหน้า ตามบันไดวิชาชีพ ของพยาบาลระดับชำนาญการพิเศษ โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาตีความ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ พยาบาลระดับชำนาญการพิเศษ เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 38 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่มและการบันทึกภาคสนาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ตามขั้นตอนของ Dikelmann (1992) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จ ในการพัฒนาความก้าวหน้า ตามบันไดวิชาชีพของพยาบาลระดับชำนาญการพิเศษ โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ มีทั้งหมด 6 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) ความหมายของความก้าวหน้าตามบันไดวิชาชีพ 2) วิถีสู่ความสำเร็จ 3) เงื่อนไขสู่ความสำเร็จ 4) อุปสรรคที่ขัดขวางความสำเร็จ 5) การเอาชนะอุปสรรค และ 6) ผลสืบเนื่องจากความสำเร็จ ผลจากการศึกษานี้ จะเป็นข้อมูลให้ผู้บริหาร นำไปพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพต่อไป
