การเสริมสรางความเขมแข็งของระบบการอาสาของชุมชน Strengthening of the Community Voluntary System

บทคัดย่อ

This focus ethnography research aimed to study strengthening of the community voluntary system for self-reliance of health in a socio-cultural context of northeastern region of Thailand. Participants were 64 Key informants. The data were collected using participant observation, in-depth interview, focus group discussions, and analyzed by content analysis. The results indicated that 1) the meaning of the voluntary community was public consciousness, helping each other, selflessness and goodness; 2) the community voluntary system consisted of continuing scenario, occasional scenario, and emerging scenario; 3) management of the community voluntary system had including the perception of the scenarios of the voluntary community, learning of voluntary methods and managing change; 4) the output of the community voluntary system was helping care each other in the com-munity and the key factor for the strengthening of the community voluntary system was chance to volunteer.
