ผลของแนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงขณะรับไว้ในโรงพยาบาลต่อผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิก

วิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของแนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงขณะรับไว้ในโรงพยาบาลต่อผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิก แผนกผู้ป่วยในชายและหญิง จำนวน 62 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงขณะรับไว้ในโรงพยาบาล และแบบบันทึกข้อมูลผลการพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้สถิติ Fisher exact test และ Mann-Whitney U test ผลวิจัย พบว่า1) กลุ่มทดลองเกิดภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงซ้ำและจำนวนวันโดยเฉลี่ยที่ผู้ป่วยรักษาในโรงพยาบาลน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 2) การกลับมารักษาซ้ำใน 28 วันหลังจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาลด้วยภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงทั้งกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ3) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้แนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลฯอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
