Health Promotion of Caregivers in Children with Congenital Heart Disease Undergone Heart Surgery (การเสริมสร้างสุขภาพเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิด หลังการผ่าตัดของผู้ดูแล)

Abstract

This descriptive research aimed at examining health promotion of caregivers in children with congenital heart disease receiving heart surgeries. The sample group was 52 caregivers at the Queen Sirikit Heart Center of the Northeast, Khon Kaen University from October 2010 to January 2011. The research instrument was an interview form. Its reliability stood at 0.77. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The following were the results of the study: The level of the overall health promotion of caregivers in children with congenital heart disease undergone heart surgery was at a high level .Considering each aspect of the health promotion, infection and heart failure protection were lowest practiced. The fndings revealed that health promotion preventing complications may not be suffcient and clear. It is important to build up understanding and developing health promotion methods that are suitable to their problems and needs of the caregivers.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดหลังการผ่าตัดของผู้ดูแล จำานวน 52 คน ในศูนย์หัวใจสิริกิติ์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2553 ถึงมกราคม 2554 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์การเสริมสร้างสุขภาพเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดหลังการผ่าตัดของผู้ดูแล ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.77 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพด้านการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันอันตรายจากภาวะติดเชื้อและหัวใจวายน้อยที่สุด ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นภาพจริงของการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพเพื่อเฝ้าระวังภาวะแทรกซ้อนยังไม่เพียงพอและชัดเจน พยาบาลจำาเป็นจะต้องสร้างความเข้าใจและพัฒนาวิธีการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพที่สอดคล้องกับปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ดูแล
