This participatory action research aimed to study the propulsion service systems that affect the rights and health of the elders. The study is divided into three phases: the situation study, implementation and evaluation. Data collection, quantitative and qualitative methods, using survey, interview, focus group discussions to elicit data from the elders and healthcare service providers. Frequency distribution, percentage and content a nalysis were employed for data analysis. After the Propulsion Service Systems, elders recognized their right, resulting increase in good health condition because of seven operating steps: 1) searching and using social capital, 2) setting up the working group 3) surveying data 4) planning 5) following up on progress 6) evaluating 7) presenting thefinding. Therefore, putting emphasis on searching and using of social capital, establishing a partnership with every sector at every stage of the operation, and finally creating a variety of communication channels for the purpose of increasing awareness among the elderly is proposed.Downloads
