บทคัดย่อ

The retrospective study was to explore the success indicators for the academic graduation on the degree of master of nursing science in pediatric nursing, Faculty of Nursing, KhonKaen University. Study informants consisted of 39 informants who were graduated during 2001-2006. There were 82.05 % returned the questionnaires(n=32). Data analyses were performed by using the qualitative and quantitative statistics. This study revealed that there were many factors for success enhancement in academic graduation. There were the students’ age when entering to the program, work experience in the pediatric filed, satisfaction in this program. Success indicators for the academic graduation on the degree of master of nursing science in pediatric nursing, KKU. were time duration for studying in the program, time duration for thesis performing, language capability, support from friends and others, support from teachers, and learners’ knowledge management. Furthermore, these success indicators reflected that the curriculum administration should be revised to assist those students complete their education in the specific time and fulfill their learning appropriately.
