Abstract

The spiritual dimensions of nursing is crucial for terminal illness patients including oneness with patients and families, provided patients-centered care, spiritual assessment and the process of spiritual healing, provided the fact information to understand about their illness and prognosis of disease, respect to human dignity, treating judgment and response to the last will of patients and families preparing. These nursing practices can be promot-ing peaceful death in terminal illness to include to have the opportunity to know the approximate time of death, coping with the symptoms suffered, maintain the dignity, have the right and power to decide their own lives until the end of life, peaceful the meaning and purpose of life, the ability to face death with courage all the time and filled with the hope of life after death , without spiritual guilty including freedom from sin , warmness on the soul,mindfulness and a peaceful death with love and forgive unconditionally in the private place without the medical device. Spiritual nursing practices are science and art as valuable to human life.
