This descriptive research aimed to study the risk to depression of diabetic patients who were treated at Thepparat Nakornratchasima hospital. 393 patients were recruited. Data was collected during July-October 2015 by using a risk assessment depression nine questions of department of mental health, ministry of public health. Results revealed that 45.29% of diabetic patients who were treated at Thepparat Nakornratchasima hospital were at risk to depression, decomposing of risk to depression were at mild level 62.92%, at moderate level 24.16% and at severity level 12.92%.
