สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพไทย: การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพไทย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกึ่งโครงสร้างและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญและพยาบาลผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล จำนวน 12 คน ที่ได้จากการคัดเลือกตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจนได้ข้อมูลที่มีความอิ่มตัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การสังเขปข้อมูล 2) การแสดงข้อมูล และ 3) การสร้างข้อสรุปและการยืนยันข้อสรุป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพไทย มี 3 องค์ประกอบ 23 สมรรถนะย่อย ดังนี้ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านความรู้ มี 8 สมรรถนะย่อย 2) องค์ประกอบด้านทักษะ มี 8 สมรรถนะย่อย และ 3) องค์ประกอบด้านคุณลักษณะ มี 7 สมรรถนะย่อย
