การให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการตรวจสวนหลอดเลือดหัวใจ ต่อความวิตกกังวลและความร่วมมือในการตรวจ

การศึกษาเชิงทดลองทางคลินิกครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลของการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมทางวิดิทัศน์ก่อนการตรวจสวนหลอดเลือดหัวใจต่อระดับความวิตกกังวลและการให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 36 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 18 ราย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภายหลังได้รับข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมกลุ่มทดลองมีความวิตกกังวลลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (ก่อนให้ข้อมูล = 58.44 ± 6.92, หลังให้ข้อมูล = 34.94 ± 4.45, p <0.001) ในกลุ่มควบคุมพบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (ก่อนให้ข้อมูล = 58.22 ± 4.48 และหลังให้ข้อมูล = 57.50 ± 4.79), p > 0.05) นอกจากนี้กลุ่มทดลองให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจ 100% ในขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจเพียง 16.67% ดังนั้น การให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมช่วยลดความวิตกกังวลและส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจสวนหลอดเลือดหัวใจ
