Caring of the older persons in aging society
บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันสถานการณ์ด้านประชากรของประเทศไทยได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปเช่นเดียวกับโลก ซึ่งกําลังเผชิญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างทางประชากรครั้งสําคัญ และคาดว่าในปี 2564 จะเข้าสู่สังคมสูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์(complete aged society) อันเนื่องมาจากการลดลงของภาวะเจริญพันธุ์อย่างรวดเร็วและผู้สูงอายุมีอายุยืนยาวขึ้น ดังนั้นการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วนเป็นหัวใจสําคัญอันจะนําไปสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ โดยมีการเตรียมความพร้อมทั้งด้านบุคลากรและมีการบริหารจัดการด้านต่างๆอย่างเป็น รวมทั้งการสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ระบบครอบครัวและชุมชนเพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุสามารถอยู่กับครอบครัวได้นานที่สุดและสามารถดูแลปัญหาสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุได้ด้วยตัวเองให้มากที่สุด ตลอดจนมีการปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผู้สูงอายุให้ทันสมัย เพื่อที่จะได้ติดตามดูแลและให้ความช่วยเหลือตรงกับความต้องการอย่างแท้จริง
