Effect of empowerment on peritonitis prevention practice among patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis in Sawangdaendin Crown Prince Hospital
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองเพื่อศึกษาผลของการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจต่อการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเยื่อบุช่องท้องในผู้ป่วยล้างไตทางช่องท้อง 40 คน โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชสว่างแดนดิน เครื่องมือ วิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเยื่อบุช่อง แบบสอบถามการป้องกันการติดเชื้อและแบบเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยหลังการทดลองพบว่า 1) กลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการติดเชื้อสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) 2) กลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการติดเชื้อสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) 3) อุบัติการณ์ติดเชื้อกลุ่มทดลองต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม
