บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษาระดับความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดูบุตรของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรก และศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดูบุตรของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรก ตัวแปรต้น ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมของบุตร และการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวในการเลี้ยงดูบุตร ตัวแปรตามคือความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดูบุตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดครรภ์แรกที่มาตรวจหลังคลอด 6 สัปดาห์ หรือนำบุตรมารับวัคซีน 8 สัปดาห์หลังเกิดที่โรงพยาบาลพิมาย จำนวน 135 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ข้อมูลทั่วไป ระดับความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดูบุตร แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมของบุตร  และการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวในการเลี้ยงดูบุตร ผ่านการหาความตรงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน และหาความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2, 3 และ 4 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .93, .90 และ .80 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติความถี่  ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไควสแควร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่ามารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดครรภ์แรกมีความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดูบุตรอยู่ในระดับเครียดน้อย พฤติกรรมของบุตรค่อนข้างเลี้ยงยาก  การได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวในการเลี้ยงดูบุตรระดับมาก การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมของบุตรไม่มีความสัมพันธ์จากการเลี้ยงดูบุตร ส่วนการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวในการเลี้ยงดูบุตรมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดูบุตรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

This descriptive study aimed to assess the parenting stress level, babies behavior and family supports  and to explore factors associated with parenting stress in teenage mothers. Purposive sampling was used to recruit 135 samples of teenage mothers whose age were 15-19 years old and their babies  were receiving services at well-baby clinic of Phimai hospital, Nakhon Ratchasima province. Research instruments included 4 self-report questionnaires completed by teenage mothers. There were a demographic questionnaires, the questionnaires of babies behavior and the family supports questionnaires. The parenting stress’s scale, the babies behavior’s scale and the family supports’s scale with their reliabilities of Cronbach’s alphas of .93, .90  and .80 respectively. The data were analyzed by using-frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation, Chi-Square and Pearson’s correlation coefficiency.

Results revealed that the sample had low level of parenting stress. Their babies  were rather difficult to care and their family supports were high level. With regard to personal factors were not associated with parenting stress. However level of family supports were statistically significant related to parenting stress (r = -.203, p<.05). Knowledge of parenting stress level and correlated factors should continually promote and educate patient and families. Proactive health service and participation must be applies.
