บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองกลุมเดียววัดกอนและหลังนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการใหความรู ดวยวีซีดีและคูมือสุขภาพรวมกับเกมสุขภาพตอพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผูปวยเด็กวัยรุนโรคเบาหวานชนิด ที่ 1 อายุ 11-19 ป จํานวน 17 คน ที่รับการรักษาในแผนกผูปวยนอกกุมารเวชกรรม โรงพยาบาลขอนแกน เครื่อง มือที่ใชในการวิจัย ไดแก การใหความรูดวยวีซีดีภาพการตูนเคลื่อนไหว 3 มิติเหมือนจริงและคูมือสุขภาพรวมกับ เกมสุขภาพ เก็บรวบรวมขอมูลโดยใช แบบสัมภาษณพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองตามกรอบแนวคิดการดูแลตนเอง ของโอเร็ม วิเคราะหขอมูลโดยใชวิธีการแจกแจงความถี่ คารอยละ คาเฉลี่ย สวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบ สมมติฐานโดยใชสถิติ Paired t-test และสถิติ one-way repeated measures ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบวา คาเฉลี่ย คะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในผูปวยเด็กวัยรุนโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 1 หลังใหความรูดวยวีซีดีและคูมือสุขภาพ รวมกับเกมสุขภาพ 1 สัปดาหและ 1 เดือน มีคาเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองสูงกวากอนการทดลองอยาง มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (F = 65.43, p-value = 0.00)

Abstract
This quasi-experimental research one group pre-post test aimed to study the effects of providing knowledge via VCD, health handbook and health game on self-care behaviors for adolescent with diabetes mellitus type I. The sample consisted of 17 adolescents DM1 aged between 11 to 19 year-old at Outpatients Department, Khon Kaen hospital.They were received knowledge via VCD, health handbook and health game based on educative supportive nursing system by Orem’s Self-care theory. The data were collected through questionnaires for self-care behaviors. Data were analyzed and presented in the forms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Paired t-test and one-way repeated measures ANOVA. Results showed that after one week and one month of the experiment, the mean score on self-care behaviors was significance higher than before experiment (F = 65.43, p-value = 0.00).
