บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ ศึกษาภาพสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุที่เข้ารับการรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์รวม362 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาขึ้นและแบบประเมินมาตรฐานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 60-69 ปี สภาพสมรสคู่ ใช้สวัสดิการข้าราชการ สุขภาพทางกาย ผู้สูงอายุรับรู้สุขภาพตนเองขณะอยู่รักษาในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 39) และรับรู้ว่าดีกว่าคนในวัยเดียวกัน (ร้อยละ 47) มีโรค1– 8 โรคเป็นโรคหัวใจ-หลอดเลือดมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 45) สุขภาพจิตและสภาพสมอง ไม่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า (ร้อยละ 95.9) และมีสภาพสมองปกติ (ร้อยละ 86.5) สุขภาพสังคม มีสัมพันธภาพกับเจ้าหน้าที่และผู้ใช้บริการอื่นในระดับดี มีผู้ดูแลเมื่อเจ็บป่วย (ร้อยละ 99.4)คือบุตรและคู่สมรส ความสามารถเชิงปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันพื้นฐาน ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีภาวะพึ่งพาหรือพึ่งพาเล็กน้อย (ร้อยละ 77.6)

ABSTRACT

Thisdescriptive research aimed to explore health profile of 362hospitalized olderpersonsinSrinagarind hospital.Data werecollected by using developed questionnaires and standard tools and were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results. Most of older persons were males, aged 60-69 years, were married, and used welfare health insurance. Physical health:Duringhospitalization, older persons perceived their health as fair (39%), but rated their health better than others with the same ages (47%). They had 1–8 diseases and heart and coronary disease were found the most (45%). Psychological and mental health: Most of older persons had no depression (95.9%) and normal cognitive function (86.5%). Social health:They had good relationships with hospital staffs and other clients. They had caregivers when being ill (99.4%), mostly were sons/daughters, and spouses. Functional abilities: most of older persons had no to mild dependency level (77.6%).
