บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังที่มีภาวะทุพพลภาพ ที่นอนรักษาตัวที่แผนกอายุรกรรม โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ จำนวน 66 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามความต้องการข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังที่มีภาวะทุพพลภาพ ได้ค่าความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความต้องการข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.18, S.D. = 0.39) จากผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นถึงความต้องการข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังที่มีภาวะทุพพลภาพในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความสำคัญในการนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการให้ความรู้และฝึกทักษะในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังที่มีภาวะทุพพลภาพก่อนจำหน่ายกลับบ้าน

Abstract
The purpose of this descriptive research was to study Information needs in chronically ill and disabled patients. The sample comprised 66 clients who were admitted at medical department of Srinagarind Hospital. The information needs in chronically ill and disabled patients had the reliability at 0.82 and content validity index at 1.00 informative analysis by means and standard deviation. Results showed that information included in the top eight at a high level (= 4.18, S.D. = 0.39). This study demonstrated the information needs of patients with in chronically ill and disabled with information needs requirements in all areas at a high level and the information needs is the most important in its use as a guide to provide knowledge and skills care of patients with chronic diseases, disability before discharge.
