การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ (Action Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของครูพี่เลี้ยงและครอบครัวในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง รวมทั้งสิ้น 30 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยครูพี่เลี้ยงในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 3 คน และตัวแทนของครอบครัวเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน จำนวน 27 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ให้ข้อมูลเสนอ 4 กลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก คือ 1)การเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมครอบครัว 2)สร้างเครือข่ายครอบครัวเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก 3)การให้ความรู้ในการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะให้ทำวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ABSTRACT

            This action research aimed to study the participation by family Nancy of child  development center.Total of 30 key informant were purposively in the study.Data waere collected by focus group discussion of  3 Nancy of child  development center and 27 family.Data were analyzed by content analysis method. Result shoew 3 child development strategies included:1) enhancing participation in family activities;2)strengthening family child  development network; and3) child  development  education.It is suggested that action research should be further  conducted in order to participant of  family child  development .
