การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ การได้รับความรู้และการสนับสนุนและความพึงพอใจต่อความรู้และการสนับสนุนที่ได้รับ รวมถึงความต้องการวิธีการให้ความรู้และการสนับสนุนของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะแรกโดยใช้ทฤษฎีการพยาบาลของโอเร็มเป็นกรอบแนวคิด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจำนวน 83 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ถึงเมษายน พ.ศ. 2560 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ผลการ วิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการความรู้และการสนับสนุนโดยรวมและมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนการได้รับความรู้และการสนับสนุนอยู่ในระดับต่ำ กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการวิธีการสอนเป็นรายบุคคลมากที่สุด ดังนั้นพยาบาลควรมีการประเมินความต้องการและจัดระบบการให้ความรู้และการสนับสนุนเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะแรก

Abstract

This descriptive research aimed to investigate the educative-supportive care needs, received, satisfaction, and methods of educational supports among patients with early stage cancer. Orem's nursing theory was used as a conceptual framework. A purposive sample of 83 patients with early stage cancer ware recruited for this study. Data were collected using the educative-supportive care needs, received and satisfaction questionnaires during February to April 2017. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings showed that educative-supportive care needs and satisfaction of the patients were at a moderate level while the educative-supportive care  receive was at a low level. In addition, the methods of educational supports required most was an individual teaching. It is suggested that nurses should assess the educational supportive care and methods of learning needs, set up an educational and supportive care services system. In order to improve self-care ability of patients with early stage cancer.
