บทบาทของพยาบาลในการดูแลแบบองค์รวมในผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

ภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง เป็นปัญหาสำคัญด้านสุขภาพจิตที่พบได้บ่อยในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง หากได้รับการดูแลที่เหมาะสมผู้ป่วยจะสามารถฟื้นคืนสู่ภาวะปกติได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม หากการคัดกรองหรือการรักษาไม่เป็นไปอย่างทันท่วงที ภาวะซึมเศร้านี้จะส่งผลกระทบต่อการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพทางกาย ทำให้กระบวนการฟื้นตัวล่าช้า ผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการซึมเศร้ารุนแรงอาจนำไปสู่ความคิดหรือการฆ่าตัวตายได้ พยาบาลเป็นบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่อยู่ใกล้ชิดกับผู้ป่วยในทุกระยะของโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างเป็นองค์รวมทั้ง 4 มิติ คือ ด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ โดยคำนึงถึงความต้องการเฉพาะของผู้ป่วย เพื่อสนับสนุนการฟื้นตัว ลดอัตราการเสียชีวิต และเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วย
ดังนั้น บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอองค์ความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะซึมเศร้าภายหลังโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง โดยครอบคลุมด้านอาการ และอาการแสดง ปัจจัยเสี่ยง การประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า การรักษา และบทบาทของพยาบาลในการดูแลแบบองค์รวม ได้แก่ การประเมินสภาพร่างกาย และจิตใจ การส่งเสริมการใช้ยาอย่างถูกต้อง การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี การสนับสนุนด้านสังคมให้ผู้ป่วยรู้สึกมีคุณค่า รวมถึงการประสานงานกับทีมสุขภาพ และครอบครัว เพื่อให้พยาบาลสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี
