ปัจจัยทำนายภาวะสุขภาพจิตไม่ปกติของนักเรียนที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 1 ของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพจิต และปัจจัยทำนายภาวะสุขภาพจิตไม่ปกติของนักเรียนที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 1 หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนที่ผ่านการคัดเลือก จำนวน 206 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบทดสอบ Symptom Distress Check List-90 (SCL-90) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .96 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่าน Google Forms วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และเชิงอนุมานด้วย chi-square, odds ratio, binary logistic regression
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนน้อยมีภาวะสุขภาพจิตไม่ปกติ (ร้อยละ 14.08) กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดมีภาวะสุขภาพจิตไม่ปกติแต่ละรายด้านของ SCL-90 ที่สัดส่วนร้อยละ 14.08 - 16.50 ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการเกิดภาวะสุขภาพจิตไม่ปกติ ได้แก่ ความสนใจเข้าเรียนหลักสูตร (β = 1.31, p-value = .006) การพักอาศัยกับครอบครัว (β = 1.25, p-value = .011) สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว (β = 1.40, p-value = .004) ชั่วโมงการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือต่อสัปดาห์ (β = 1.64, p-value = .001) ปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถร่วมอธิบายโอกาสเกิดภาวะสุขภาพจิตไม่ปกติได้ ร้อยละ 31.80 (Nagelkerke R2 = .318) ดังนั้น นักเรียนที่มีความเสี่ยงปัญหาสุขภาพจิต ควรได้รับการดูแลช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นที่เหมาะสม สถาบันการศึกษาควรมีระบบให้บริการคัดกรอง ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และการบริการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิต เพื่อช่วยให้นักเรียนมีแนวทางจัดการกับปัญหาสุขภาพจิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
