รายงานกรณีศึกษาโรคหลอดเลือดดำนสมองอุดตันในชั้นลึก และการออกกำงกายประเภทยกน้ำนัก

กรณีศึกษาผู้ป่วยชายไทยอายุ 23 ปี มาตรวจด้วยอาการปวดศีรษะมากขึ้น 2 สัปดาห์ ผู้ป่วยออกกำลังกายด้วยการยกน้ำหนักสม่ำเสมอและปฏิเสธปัจจัยเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคทางหลอดเลือดและการใช้สารกระตุ้น การตรวจร่างกายทางระบบประสาทและการตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการเบื้องต้น CBC, BUN/Cr, electrolyte, liver function test, coagulogram อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ ผล CT brain, MRI และ MRV brain พบ thrombus และ contrast filling defect ใน inferior sagittal sinus และ straight sinus การสืบค้นเพิ่มเติมเพื่อหาสาเหตุของการอุดตันในหลอดเลือดดำได้ทำการตรวจ protein C level, protein S level, antithrombin-III level, factor V leiden, antiphospholipid antibody และ prothrombin gene G20210A mutation อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ การตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งด้วย CEA, AFP, CA19-9 อยู่ใน เกณฑ์ปกติ การออกกำลังกายอย่างหนักด้วยการยกน้ำหนักอาจมีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดภาวะหลอดเลือดดำในสมองอุดตันในชั้นลึกในผู้ป่วยรายนี้
