ผลการรักษามะเร็งเต้านมแบบสงวนเต้า ของศูนย์มะเร็งลำปาง ปี 2540-2546
บทคัดย่อ
ได้ทำการศึกษาย้อนหลังผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบผ่าตัดสงวนเต้า ร่วมกับการฉายรังสีหลังการผ่าตัด ที่กลุ่มงานรังสีรักษา ศูนย์มะเร็งลำปาง ตั้งแต่ปี 2540 - 2546 มีผู้ป่วยทั้งหมด 45 ราย เป็นผู้ป่วย ระยะที่ I ร้อยละ 17.77, ระยะที่ IIA ร้อยละ 46.66, ระยะที่ IIB ร้อยละ 31.11 และ ระยะที่ 11 เท่ากับร้อยละ 4.46
พบว่ามีการกลับเป็นมาใหม่เฉพาะที่ (locoregional recurrence) 2 ราย มีอัตราการอยู่รอดชีวิตที่ 5 ปี (5-years survival) เท่ากับ 95.6%, และอัตราการอยู่รอดชีวิตที่ 5 ปี (5 year disease free survival) เท่ากับ 97.1%, และไม่พบมีการกระจายของโรคไปยังอวัยวะอื่น
