Parathyroid carcinoma: a case report and review of the literature.
บทคัดย่อ
มะเร็งของต่อมพาราไทรอยด์เป็นมะเร็งที่พบได้น้อยมาก และพบเป็นสาเหตุของภาวะที่มีพาราไทรอยด์ ฮอร์โมนในเลือดสูงแบบปฐมภูมิได้น้อย รายงานนี้นำเสนอผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะที่มีพาราไทรอยด์ฮอร์โมนและ แคลเซียมในเลือดสูง มาพบแพทย์ด้วยเรื่องกระดูก Pubic rami หัก ตรวจพบก้อนที่คอข้างขวาและมีผล Parathyroid scan ที่เข้าได้กับ parathyroid adenoma ภาวะแคลเซียมในเลือดสูงได้ให้การรักษาด้วย bisphosphonate ฉีดเข้าเส้นเลือดดำ ผู้ป่วยได้รับการผ่าตัดต่อมไทรอยด์และต่อมพาราไทรอยด์ด้านขวา รวมทั้งต่อมน้ำเหลืองที่อยู่หน้าหลอดลมออกไป ผลทางพยาธิวิทยารายงานว่าเป็นมะเร็งของตอ่ มพาราไทรอยด์ และพบว่ามีเซลล์มะเร็งที่ขอบของการผ่าตัด ที่ประชุมร่วมกันระหว่างแพทย์โสต ศอ นาสิกและรังสีแพทย์ เห็นพ้องกันว่าผู้ป่วยควรได้รับรังสีรักษาหลังการผ่าตัด
