รายงานเคสฟันเทียมทั้งปาก ร่วมกับการฝังรากเทียมระบบ PRK เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดฟันเทียมทั้งปากและผสมผสานการใช้งานของผู้ป่วยโดยระบบ line OA

การสูญเสียของฟันแท้หมดทั้งปากในผู้ป่วยส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยมารับบริการทำฟันเทียมแบบถอดได้ทั้งปาก ซึ่งข้อจำกัดของฟันเทียมทั้งปากอาจเกิดจากสภาพสันเหงือก การทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อในการบดเคี้ยว การทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อรอบช่องปาก การปรับตัวของผู้ป่วย ประสบการณ์ของผู้ป่วยต่อการใส่ฟันเทียมล้วนส่งผลต่อการยึดติดของฟันเทียมทั้งสิ้น ซึ่งความสามารถในยึดติดของฟันเทียมส่งผลต่อการใช้งานบดเคี้ยวและทำให้คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยดีขึ้น มีความมั่นใจในการพูดออกเสียงรวมถึง การเข้าสังคมทั้งสิ้น การเพิ่มความสามารถในการยึดติดของฟันเทียมสามารถใช้วิธีการฝังรากเทียมในฟันเทียมชิ้นล่างเพื่อเพิ่มการยึดติดส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยใช้งานบดเคี้ยวได้ดีขึ้น มั่นใจในการออกเสียง การพูดมากยิ่งขึ้น ส่งผลให้คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยดีขึ้นกว่าการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากแบบดั้งเดิม
รายงานนี้เป็นกรณีศึกษาผู้ป่วยเคสฟันเทียมทั้งปากร่วมกับการฝังรากเทียมระบบ PRK เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดฟันเทียมทั้งปากและผสมผสานการใช้งานของผู้ป่วยโดยระบบ line OA เป็นผู้ป่วยเพศชาย อายุ 72 ปี มีอาการเคี้ยวลำบาก ประวัติทางทันตกรรมเป็น severe periodontitis และสันเหงือกมีลักษณะ edentulous ridge ต้องการฟันเทียมที่มีความกระชับสมบูรณ์ในการเคี้ยวอาหาร ในรายนี้ได้รับการทำฟันเทียมทั้งปากร่วมกับการฝังรากเทียมระบบ PRK และติดตามการใช้งานของผู้ป่วยโดยระบบ line OA พบว่า ผู้ป่วยหลังได้รับการทำฟันเทียมทั้งปากร่วมกับการฝังรากเทียมระบบ PRK มีความพึงพอใจในฟันเทียมและสามารถใช้งานในการเคี้ยวอาหารได้หลากหลายอย่างมั่นใจ ในรายนี้ได้มีการติดตามการใช้งานของผู้ป่วยในช่วงแรกที่คลินิกทันตกรรมและผสมผสานโดยระบบ lineOA
สรุปผล การทำฟันเทียมทั้งปากร่วมกับการฝังรากเทียมระบบ PRK เป็นหัตถการที่มีความซับซ้อนและยุ่งยาก รายงานนี้แสดงถึงผลสำเร็จการทำฟันเทียมทั้งปากร่วมกับการฝังรากเทียมระบบ PRK เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดฟันเทียมทั้งปากและผสมผสานการใช้งานของผู้ป่วยโดยระบบ line OA น่าจะมีการนำไปใช้เผยแพร่และเป็นทางเลือกให้กับผู้ป่วย
