Risk Management and Motivation to work of personnel in Nakornping Hospital

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study risk management and motivation to work of personnel in Nakornping Hospital. The study population was healthcare professional in Nakornping Hospital fiscal year 2021. The sample size of 196 personnel was randomly selected by systematic random sampling. Data analysis were performed by descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Correlation.
The result showed that, overall work motivation of risk management of hospital and unit were at high level with averages score of 3.84 (SD=0.54), 3.78 (SD=0.32) respectively, and the risk management of safety was at moderate level with averages score of 3.49 (SD=0.35). Most of the report risk management of the samples were the report risk management by information system of hospital, Application Line and a few were reported of risk management by paper. The risk management with the motivation to work of personnel were at high level (=3.60; SD=0.33) respectively. The relationships between policy of hospital risk management and safety, policy of risk management of unit, and the motivation to work of personnel were at moderate level (r=0.55;p-value <0.001, r=0.66;p-value <0.001, and r=0.41; p-value <0.001) respectively.
According to the result of this research, the authorities can use to support planning of policy of the risk management to motivation to work of personnel in Nakornping Hospital.
