Abstract

This study is a cross-sectional descriptive research. To study the epidemiology of rabies exposure Yang Si Surat District Maha Sarakham province Data were collected by copying data from the rabies vaccination report (R. 36) of rabies exposed to 773 people. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics including number, percentage and mean.

This study shows that Most rabies exposed to rabies vaccine according to the criteria, but there are still some that do not meet the criteria. Therefore, public health officials should have communication to educate, focus on preventing animals from biting with 5 yor. Practice when being bitten by animals. Advantages and disadvantages of rabies vaccination. And should develop a vaccine tracking system to prevent forgotten appointments and reduce the problem of vaccination not fully following the criteria.
