Development of Preventional Operation on Hand Foot and Mouth Disease at Namakhuea, SahatsakhanDistrict,Kalasin Province.

Abstract

This research was action research. The purpose is to study the development of the community in prevention of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD.) at Namakhuea Subdistrict Sahatsakhan District Kalasin Province. The sample of this research is that those involved in the prevention of HFMD. The Cluster Random Sampling of 47 people and purposefully selected 10 operations between February and June 2015 to collect data using knowledge test. Scale Practice participation and observation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and presentation with the percentage, median, mean and standard deviation. Involved the Inferential statistics test byPaired t-test with a significance level of 0.05.
           The results showed that the process of development implementation prevents HFMD in the community consisted of: 1) development knowledge team SRRT. 2) Development of public knowledge
3) The covenant mind 4) health education 5) surveillance and screening for diseases in the community and schools 6) person role model  7) Clean village campaign. And after development group with expertise in the subject HFMD.High. The practices  and engaging the community in the prevention of HFMD. In the study,which rose more than before the development significant (p<0.001).
           In conclusions, the key success factors were 1) stakeholder cooperation 2) surveillance in schools and communities 3) person role model and participate in the operation Contribute to the development goals in the end.
