Abstract

This purpose of this study aimed to develop Nursing Practice Guidelines (CNPG) of promoting medication adherence for elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB)who followed up at tuberculosis Clinic of Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital ,Kuchinarai  district, Kalasin province. The framework for development based on the nursing practice guideline  of Soukup.It was appraised by 3 experts using Thai Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation II (Thai AGREE II). The CNPG development had 5 steps; 1) an advocacy of patients and ethical,2) evaluating the screening, 3) the promoting medication adherence for patients, 4) The continuity of care to  promoting medication  adherence for patients, and  5) evaluation. The CNPG  was accepted from the  experts in good criteria, average score 71.50 percent.  The finding of this study suggests that the CNPG is appropriated and feasible to be use.
