Factors affectting the Performance of Family Care Team Members at Sub-District Lavel in KhonKaen Province

Abstract

This cross-sectional descriptive research was aimed to study a studyfactors   affecting 

the  performance  of  family  care  teammembers at  sub-district  level  in  KhonKaenprovince. The population of this studywas 787family care team sub-district level. Data were collected by questionnaire in 170 peopleusing simple random sampling technique.And 12 key informants for focus group.The questionnaire examined and verified by three experts in validity of the content and tested for reliability in pilot study(Cronbachalphaoefficient 0.98). The data was then analyzed using a package computer program.  percent, average, standard deviation,median, minimum and maximum.Pearsoncorrelation and multiple linear regression, content analysis were used to analyzed the data.

          The results showed that the level of overview motivationandfactor of  family  care  team  members at sub-district  level  in  KhonKaen  province were at high level with averages 3.59 (S.D.= 0.50) respectively. The organizational support were at moderate level with averages 3.31 (S.D. = 0.55). The performance of family care team members atsub-district level in KhonKaenprovince was at high level with averages 3.88 (S.D. = 0.60).Two hygiene factor; policies and an administration organizational support in management could predict theperformanceof  family  care  team members at sub-district  level  in  KhonKaen  province a statistically at 60.9 percent (R2=0.6.9, p-value <0.001).Public health organization can be using the results of this study to make plan to improve and develop the performance of family care teammembers at sub-district lavelin  KhonKaen  province.
