Evaluation of Dengue virus infection, Leptospirosis and Gonorrher Surveillance in Pha Khao Hospital, Pha Khao District,Loei Province,2015

Abstract

Evaluation of Dengue virus infection,Leptospirosis and Gonorrher Surveillance in Pha Khao Hospital, Pha Khao District,Loei Province was a cross-sectional study.The objective were evaluation surveillance about the efficacy in R506 report and attitude in R506 report from all of officials worked in Pha Khao Hospital. Evaluation of Dengue virus infection,Leptospirosis and Gonorrher Surveillance collected data by using database from HOSxP (43 files) and R506 report in 2559 B.E.,in group of officials using questionnaire and interview

            The results: In group of officials,male 72.20%,job related field epidemiology in Median 8 years.Piorlity in problem of Health weight in severe of disease 90.30%.Disease that important  for evaluation in surveillance were Dengue virus infection,Leptospirosis and Gonorrher, Gonorrher is sensitivity by measurement 87.50%,Leptospirosis 80.00%, Dengue virus infection 62.20% and positive predictive all of them measurement 100%.Reported by R506 complete 100% in Leptospirosis and Gonorrher (Dengue virus infection 96.40%.In the outherhand,Corected data in three disease Dengue virus infection 96.40%,Gonorrher 85.70%.By compaired data during HOSxP (43 files) and R506 report,R506 not representative of all disease in surveillance system,found error in sex,age.Data from interview the official accepted in R506 surveillance abouth flexibility,stability and utilization.R506 reporting database based on HOSxP (43 files) except Dengue virus infection the reporter enter data in R506.The information in R506 distributed to subdistrict 2-3 times per month.
