Association between health literacy and behavior of corona 2019 prevention Among village health volunteers, Muang District, Nakhon Sawan Province.

Abstract
This Cross-sectional research aimed to study the health literacy factor associated with behavior of corona 2019 prevention among village health volunteers. Population in this study consisted of 2,164 village health volunteers in Muang District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The sample size calculating used Daniel formula for 345 cases, and systematic random sampling was determined for collecting data. Data collected by questionnaires composed of 3 parts including, characteristics, health literacy and behavior of corona 2019 prevention. In addition to check questionnaire standardization, validity was checked by 3 experts and try out testing reliability by Cronbach’s coefficient alpha about 0.80. Data analyzed using statistical as Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The result showed that health literacy had mean score for high level (97.68%) and behavior of corona 2019 prevention had mean score for high level (89.28%). The factor was associated with behavior of corona 2019 prevention among village health volunteers with statistic significant including; access skill (r=0.193, P-value<0.001) communication skill (r=0.108, P-value=0.044) decision skill (r=0.422, P-value<0.001) self-management skill (r=0.199,
P-value<0.001) media literacy skill (r=0.446, P-value<0.001), respectively.
