Quality of life among Caregivers of Stroke patients in Mueang District, Trang Province

Abstract
This cross-sectional descriptive study aim to study the quality of life among caregivers of stroke patients in Muang District, Trang Province. The sample group was calculated by using the G*Power program for a total of 123 samples. Simple random sampling by non-returnable label method. The instruments used were questionnaires and patient dependency assessments. Data was collected during April – June, 2023 and analyzed by descriptive statistics. Comparative analysis of factors related to quality of life of caregivers by Chi-square test and Pearson Correlation
The findings indicated the quality of life caregivers of stroke patients in Mueang District, Trang Province are good level (47.15 % 96.13 S.D. 18.34 ).ADL score of stroke patients was mildly severs dependence ( 14.1, S.D. 7.3) and social support to caregivers was moderate( 3.55 S.D. .73). ADL score of stroke patients was associated with quality of life among caregivers (r =.372, p<.001) and social support was moderately associated with quality of life among caregivers (r =.667, p<.001)
