การพัฒนาจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ กับนักศึกษาพยาบาล Generation Z

Abstract

การพัฒนานักศึกษาพยาบาลให้มีจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์เป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เนื่องจากสังคมคาดหวังให้วิชาชีพพยาบาลเป็นวิชาชีพที่ต้องให้การดูแลแบบองค์รวมอย่างเท่าเทียม  นักศึกษาพยาบาลในยุคปัจจุบันเป็นผู้ที่เกิดในค.ศ. 1995- 2000 ที่ซึ่งเรียกว่า Generation Z นั้น เติบโตมาพร้อมกับเทคโนโลยี เทคโนโลยีจึงกลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวัฒนธรรมการดำรงอยู่ของคนกลุ่มนี้และใช้เวลาอยู่กับเทคโนโลยี จนสูญเสียความสามารถในการมี       มนุษยสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น และการทำงานเป็นทีม ดังนั้นการพัฒนานักศึกษาพยาบาล Generation Z  ให้มีจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์จึงเป็นสิ่งที่ท้าทาย สำหรับสถาบันศึกษาด้านพยาบาล บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของนักศึกษาที่อยู่ใน Generation Z และกระบวนการพัฒนาจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาลประกอบด้วย 6 ขั้นตอนสำคัญได้แก่1) การปลูกฝังนักศึกษาให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของจิตบริการ  2) การสร้างจิตสำนึกสาธารณะโดยให้มีกิจกรรมที่ให้การช่วยเหลือและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม  3) การเตรียมความพร้อมทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ ความรู้และการติดต่อสื่อสาร   4) การสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง 5)  การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 6) การให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากสภาพจริงและกระบวนการสะท้อนคิด

The Humanize health care development

in Generation Z Nursing Students

Nursing student development in humanize health care is especially. Because the society expected that nursing is a profession providing a holistic care for all clients equally. Currently, nursing student are persons who were born 1995 -2000 name is Generation Z, growing with technology, technology become a pass of there the culture. They spend time with technology until losing there ability in human relationship and work as a team. Therefore the development for Generation Z student be able to provide humanize health care will be a challenge for nursing institute. This article promote understanding about Generation Z students characteristics and present the process of humanize health care development for nursing student, with include 6 steps as following : 1) Making nursing student  real life significant of a humanize health care. 2) Building a public consciousness with activities a supportive and productive  the society. 3) Preparation of body, mind, knowledge and communication. 4) Building self-confidence. 5) Participatory in activities continuing. 6) Learning in real situations and using reflection.
