การพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อส่งเสริมพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

แนวทางการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล  จำนวน 15 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย 1) พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาตนเองของนักศึกษา 2) พัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 3) พัฒนาหอพักเป็นศูนย์ศึกษาและอาศัย 4) สนับสนุนด้านอาคารสถานที่ในการทำกิจกรรม และการให้บริการแก่นักศึกษา  5) ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง  6) พัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการคิดวิเคราะห์ของผู้เรียน 7) ส่งเสริมการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 8) กำหนดโครงสร้างกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรให้ครอบคลุมการส่งเสริมพหุปัญญาของนักศึกษาโดยการบูรณาการระหว่างฝ่ายวิชาการ และฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา 9) ส่งเสริมการดำเนินกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับความถนัดและความสนใจของนักศึกษา 10) ส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรของนักศึกษา 11) สนับสนุนการเผยแพร่ผลงาน/นวัตกรรมของชมรมทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน 12) พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ผู้ตาม และการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักศึกษา 13) ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหาร 14) พัฒนาการแนะแนว ให้คำปรึกษาที่มุ่งสัมฤทธิผลของนักศึกษา 15) พัฒนาหน่วยประสานงานและบริการนักศึกษา

The environment within the nursing college to enhance the multiple intelligences of students were 15 cases included 1) Development of information technology to promote learning and personal development of students, 2) Develop self-access learning center 3) Develop living and learning center a campus student center and the residence. 4) Support in building activity and services to students  5) Promotion student-centered Instruction 6) Development of instructional media 7) Promote Authentic assessment  8) Integrating the academic and Student Affairs structure to cover program activities to support multiple intelligences of students 9) Promotion of activities for students to meet the preferences and interests of students, 10) Promote participation in activities for students 11) Support the expansion of work / innovation community both within and outside the institution 12) Developing leadership and teamwork of students 13) Promote participation in the management 14) Develop guidance and counseling aimed at the achievement of students 15) Develop the coordination and student services.
