ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนิสิตพยาบาล

การตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพกายและใจของวัยรุ่นหญิง ซึ่งอาจนำไปสู่ภาวะแทรกซ้อนทั้งต่อมารดาและทารก การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ประชากรคือ นิสิตพยาบาลหญิงชั้นปีที่ 1-4 มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 208 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและแบบวัดพฤติกรรมป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ของกองสุขศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .87 และ .89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับเพียงพอ ( =102.46, SD=13.21) โดยด้านการตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง ( =31.91, SD=2.82) และด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจทางสุขภาพ ( =6.44, SD=1.18) อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ส่วนด้านการสื่อสารเพื่อเพิ่มความเชี่ยวชาญทางสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับไม่ดีพอ ( =17.68, SD=2.81) พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( =68.16, SD=3.06) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านการตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (r=.137, p<.05) กับพฤติกรรมป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ผลการศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอย่างรอบด้านและส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์อย่างเหมาะสมในวัยรุ่น
