การทบทวนงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับกลไกการรักษาภาวะแท้งซ้ำด้วยวิธีบำรุงไตกระตุ้นการไหลเวียนเลือดตามศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน

บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะแท้งซ้ำ (recurrent spontaneous abortion, RSA) เป็นปัญหาที่มีสาเหตุซับซ้อนและมีอัตราการเกิดเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวและสังคมอย่างรุนแรง ในการรักษา RSA โดยวิธีการบำรุงไตและกระตุ้นการไหลเวียนเลือดตามศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนมีบทบาทสำคัญและมีความโดดเด่น จากการศึกษาพบว่าวิธีการดังกล่าวสามารถปรับปรุงสภาวะการแข็งตัวของเลือดที่ผิดปกติ ปรับสมดุลระดับฮอร์โมนในระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ ฟื้นฟูสมดุลของระบบภูมิคุ้มกันในระหว่างแม่และทารก ยับยั้งการทำลายเซลล์โทรโฟบลาสต์ เพิ่มความสามารถในการรับตัวอ่อนของเยื่อบุโพรงมดลูก เป็นต้น อีกทั้งมีสัมพันธ์หลักเกี่ยวข้องกับเส้นทางสัญญาณต่างๆ เช่น PI3K/AKT, Wnt/β-catenin, TLR4/NF-κB, ERK, TGF-β/Smad, AMPK/mTOR/ULK1 และ STAT3 บทความนี้ได้สรุปพื้นฐานทางทฤษฎี บทบาททางเภสัชวิทยา และเส้นทางสัญญาณของวิธีการบำรุงไตและกระตุ้นการไหลเวียนเลือดในการรักษา RSA เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการวิจัยเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับกลไกการรักษาและการปรับปรุงแผนการรักษาทางคลินิก
