โรคพาเจทที่ปากช่องคลอดเป็นโรคที่พบได้น้อยและวินิจฉัยได้ยาก อีกทั้งอาจเกี่ยวข้องกับมะเร็งชนิดอื่นๆ ได้ เช่น มะเร็งระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะ, มะเร็งระบบทางเดินอาหาร เป็นต้น จำเป็นต้องใช้การวินิจฉัยอย่างละเอียดรอบคอบ โดยการรักษาหลักของโรคพาเจทคือการผ่าตัด และมีการรักษาทางเลือกในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถผ่าตัดได้ เช่น การฉายแสง การใช้ยาทา และการให้เคมีบำบัดในโรคระยะแพร่กระจาย เนื่องจากโรคพาเจทนั้นมีการกลับเป็นซ้ำได้บ่อย ดังนั้นจึงต้องอาศัยการติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งบทความนี้ได้มีการรวบรวมและค้นคว้าข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโรคพาเจทของปากช่องคลอด โดยมีเนื้อหาประกอบด้วย ที่มาของโรค ลักษณะโรคทางคลินิก ลักษณะรอยโรค การสืบค้นต่างๆ รวมไปถึงแนวทางการรักษาโรคพาเจทที่มีข้อมูลอยู่ในปัจจุบันReferences
