ผลของโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมต่อความวิตกกังวลและภาวะแทรกซ้อน ในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการสวนหัวใจ

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบวัดสองกลุ่มก่อนและหลังการทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ต่อความวิตกกังวลและภาวะ Hematoma หลังถอดท่อสวนหัวใจภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจขาดเลือดที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยโดยอายุรแพทย์โรคหัวใจโรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) ตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดเข้ากลุ่มควบคุม และกลุ่มทดลอง อย่างละ 15 ราย ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือน กุมภาพันธ์ ถึง เดือน เมษายน 2568 กลุ่มทดลองจะได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ที่พัฒนาตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีการควบคุมตนเองของ ซึ่งเป็นการให้ข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพแก่ผู้ป่วยอย่างมีแบบแผน และกลุ่มควบคุม ได้รับการให้ความรู้แบบเดิมซึ่งเป็นการให้การพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวล แบบบันทึกการเกิดเลือดออกใต้ผิวหนังบริเวณที่สวนหัวใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างกลุ่มอิสระ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภายหลังการทดลองกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้แบบใหม่โดยใช้แผ่นพับและวิดีโอภาพเคลื่อนไหว มีระดับความวิตกกังวลก่อนเข้ารับการสวนหัวใจต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t28= 6.70, p <.001) และไม่พบเลือดออกใต้ผิวหนังบริเวณที่สวนหัวใจในกลุ่มตัวอย่างการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้บุคลากรทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อลดความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยก่อนเข้ารับการสวนหัวใจและลดความเสี่ยงของการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนภายหลังถอดท่อสวนหัวใจภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
