บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมอำเภอบึงสามัคคีจังหวัดกำแพงเพชรกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน226คนสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาขึ้นตามกรอบแนวคิดPRECEDEที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและความเชื่อมั่นสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบลำดับขั้นตอนผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากอยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ96.0(X-=37.34,S.D.=3.59)นอกจากนี้ พบว่า การมีอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดช่องปากและฟันเทียม(β=0.252)การได้รับสนับสนุนจากบุคคลในครอบครัวหรือบุคคลใกล้ชิด(β=0.246)การเข้าถึงสถานบริการทางทันตกรรม(β=0.191)การเข้าถึงแหล่งขายอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดช่องปากและฟันเทียม(β=0.179)และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากและฟันเทียม (β=0.162)สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมได้ร้อยละ41.0(R2Adj=0.410,F=30.038,p-value<.001)การวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าทันตบุคลากรควรสนับสนุนบุคคลในครอบครัวหรือบุคคลใกล้ชิดให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการให้กำลังใจและช่วยเหลือในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากและฟันเทียมจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เพิ่มการเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดช่องปากและฟันเทียม และสร้างทัศนคติเชิงบวกเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากและฟันเทียม
