ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการดำเนินชีวิตวิถีใหม่ในการป้องกันตนเองจากไวรัสโคโรนา สายพันธ์ุใหม่ 2019 ของประชาชนที่อาศัยในจังหวัดภูเก็ต

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา1) ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของประชาชนที่อาศัยในจังหวัดภูเก็ต เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันตนเองจาก COVID-192) ระดับการดำเนินชีวิตวิถีใหม่ในการป้องกันตนเองหลังการระบาด ของโรค COVID-19 ของประชาชนที่อาศัยในจังหวัดภูเก็ต และ 3) อำนาจการทำนายการปฏิบัติการดำเนินชีวิต วิถีใหม่ในการป้องกันตนเองหลังการระบาดของโรคCOVID-19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนที่อาศัยในจังหวัด ภูเก็ต จำนวน 274 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม Online ด้วย Google form วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยจำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบขั้นตอนผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในระดับดี มีการดำเนินชีวิตวิถีใหม่อยู่ใน ระดับดีมากความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านการสื่อสารเพื่อป้องกันโรค COVID-19 (X1) การรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศ ข้อมูลโรค COVID-19 (X2) การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (X3) และข้าราชการบำนาญ (X4) สามารถร่วมในการทำนาย การดำเนินชีวิตวิถีใหม่ได้ร้อยละ 52.2 (R2 = 0.552) สามารถเขียนสมการณ์พยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนน มาตรฐาน ดังนี้สมการณ์พยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = 1.470 + 0.063 X1 + 0.038 X2 + 0.221 X3 + 0.261 X4 สมการณ์พยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Zr = 0.321Z1+ 0.254 Z2 + 0.187Z3+0.137Z4 ดังนั้น บุคลากรสาธารณสุข ควรส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะองค์ประกอบการสื่อสารเพื่อป้องกันโรค COVID-19 และการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศข้อมูลโรค COVID-19 เพื่อให้ประชาชนคงไว้ซึ่งการปฏิบัติการดำเนินชีวิต วิถีใหม่
