บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การศึกษานี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุ ณ คลินิกผู้สูงอายุ โรงพยาบาลพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย
วัสดุอุปกรณ์และวิธีการ: การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาภาคตัดขวางในกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือผู้สูงอายุติดบ้านและติดสังคมที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ที่เข้ามาคัดกรองความเสี่ยงต่อกลุ่มอาการสูงอายุ ณ คลินิกผู้สูงอายุ ผู้สูงอายุ โรงพยาบาลพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 160 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่สร้างจากการผสมผสานระหว่างแนวคิดปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมตัดสินใจของผู้บริโภคของ Jaturongkakul และแนวคิดการใช้บริการด้านทันตกรรมของ Davidson & Andersen เก็บข้อมูลช่วงวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2567 - 31 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2568 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ามัธยฐาน และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ซึ่งมีการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ (Chi-square Test) หรือ Fisher’s Exact Test นอกจากนี้การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรม ใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติคแบบไบนารี (Binary Logistic Regression Analysis)
ผล: ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เมื่อควบคุมอิทธิพลจากปัจจัยต่าง ๆ แล้ว ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ สถานภาพ (OR=2.67, 95% CI : 1.05-6.77) ภาระทางการเงิน (OR=3.05, 95% CI : 1.21-7.69) ความรู้สึกจำเป็นในการเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรม (OR=7.60, 95% CI : 2.89-19.95) การรับรู้การจัดบริการทันตกรรม (OR=3.38, 95% CI : 1.25-9.11) อิทธิพลจากทันตบุคลากร (OR=2.62, 95 % CI : 1.02-6.74) และอุปสรรคในการเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรม (OR=3.74, 95% CI : 1.06-11.36) โดยปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถอธิบายโอกาสการตัดสินใจเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุ ได้ร้อยละ 52.20
บทสรุป: ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุ ณ คลินิกผู้สูงอายุ โรงพยาบาลพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย ได้แก่ สถานภาพ ภาระทางการเงิน ความรู้สึกจำเป็นในการเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรม การรับรู้การจัดบริการทันตกรรม อิทธิพลจากทันตบุคลากร อุปสรรคในการเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรม โดยผู้วิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะให้ทันตบุคลากรทำงานเชิงรุก ให้ข้อมูลที่สร้างความตระหนักถึงความจำเป็นในการเข้าบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุ และประชาสัมพันธ์ การบริการทันตกรรมให้ผู้สูงอายุรับทราบเพื่อเพิ่มการตัดสินใจเข้ารับบริการทันตกรรมในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุมากขึ้น
