การประเมินแอปพลิเคชันต้นแบบ OralScreenKKU ในผู้สูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบประเมินผล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพโดยรวมของแอปพลิเคชันต้นแบบ OralScreenKKU ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการประเมินผลแอปพลิเคชัน และนำมาปรับปรุงจนได้เป็นแบบประเมินแอปพลิเคชัน เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตอบด้วยตนเอง แล้วนำไปเก็บข้อมูลในผู้ที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ผู้วิจัยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกในผู้ที่มารับบริการ ที่โรงพยาบาลทันตกรรม คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเข้าร่วมงานวิจัย จำนวน 35 คน ร้อยละ 57.1 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 67.5 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือมากกว่า ร้อยละ 77.1 ใช้สมาร์ทโฟนเฉลี่ยวันละ 1-3 ชั่วโมง ร้อยละ 48.6 แอปพลิเคชันที่ใช้งานบ่อยที่สุด คือ ไลน์ ยูทูป และ เฟซบุ๊ก ร้อยละ 97.1 60.0 51.4 ตามลำดับ การประเมินแอปพลิเคชัน จำนวน 16 คำถาม จากคะแนนเต็ม 1 พบว่ามีคุณภาพระดับสูงมากในด้านเนื้อหา และการใช้งาน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 0.80±0.40 และคุณภาพระดับสูงในด้านการออกแบบ (0.74±0.44) สิ่งที่ควรได้รับการแก้ไขลำดับแรกคือ ปัญหาหน้าจอค้าง เข้าบางเมนูไม่ได้ ข้อมูลสามารถนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงแอปพลิเคชันก่อนนำเผยแพร่สู่สาธารณะ และควรมีการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมในอนาคต ควรเพิ่มลักษณะและจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่หลากหลาย เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันต้นแบบ OralScreenKKU มีการใช้งานและประโยชน์ในการคัดกรองรอยโรคในช่องปากด้วยตนเอง
