การจัดการภาวะการขึ้นช้าของฟันตัดกลางบนซี่หน้า : รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ
ปัญหาฟันตัดกลางบนไม่ขึ้นถูกพบได้ไม่บ่อยนักแต่เป็นปัญหาที่มีความสำคัญควรได้รับการตรวจรักษาและแก้ไขโดยเร็ว เนื่องจากมีผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อความสวยงาม ความมั่นใจ สภาพจิตใจ บุคลิกภาพ และอาจนำไปสู่ปัญหาด้านการออกเสียงของผู้ป่วยในอนาคต โดยมักพบเป็นสาเหตุที่ผู้ปกครองนำบุตรหลานมาพบทันตแพทย์เพื่อทำการรักษา รายงานฉบับนี้เป็นกรณีศึกษาในผู้ป่วยเด็กชายไทยอายุ 11 ปี มีฟันซี่ 11 ไม่ขึ้น เมื่ออายุ 7 ปีเคยได้รับการรักษาด้วยการถอนฟันน้ำนมซี่ 51 และ 52 และผ่าตัดฟันเกินตรงกลางออกแล้วรอให้ฟันซี่ 11 ขึ้นเอง จากภาพรังสีพบฟันซี่ 11 มีตำแหน่งอยู่สูงในระดับใต้พื้นจมูก การรักษาคือการปลูกถ่ายฟันร่วมกับการขยายสันกระดูกเบ้าฟันบริเวณฟันซี่ 11 ผลการรักษาเป็นที่น่าพอใจ ซึ่งในรายงานฉบับนี้อภิปรายถึงการวินิจฉัยและการจัดการภาวะการขึ้นช้าของฟันหน้าบน
