A Term male newborn with Mass at right leg

Abstract
A Term male newborn presented with mass at right leg since birth. Physical examination found well defined, round-shaped, moveable, non-pulsatile violaceous mass with telangiectasia size 5x5 cm. Ultrasound showed hypervascular soft tissue mass fed by arteries and veins in subcutaneous tissue. Patient was treated with Timolol ED and oral propranolol
